PIXELHUB DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE

Through our services, you are granted access to a range of digital products including, but not limited to, animations, templates, images, audio, video, music, green screens, thumbnails, text overlays, and related digital files and documentation (collectively referred to as the “Digital Assets”) for use in content creation and other permitted purposes.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any Digital Asset from PixelHub, you agree to be bound by this license.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to do so.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use the Digital Assets.

Permitted Uses

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the Digital Assets for personal and commercial projects.

• Modify the Digital Assets as needed for your content.

• Incorporate Digital Assets into original works for online content, social media, or client projects, provided they are not distributed or made available for individual download.

• Deliver completed client projects that include Digital Assets, so long as the asset is embedded and not separately extractable.

What is Not Allowed?

1. You may not:

   • Sell, resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Digital Assets on their own or as standalone files.

   • Use Digital Assets to create competing or derivative products (e.g., templates or stock assets).

   • Use the assets in any way that misrepresents affiliation with, or endorsement by, individuals or brands depicted.

   • Use or distribute the Digital Assets in downloadable formats or file-sharing platforms.

   • Include the Digital Assets in any trademark, logo, or service mark.

   • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded in the assets.

   • Store the assets in publicly accessible platforms where unlicensed third parties may access them.

   • Reproduce the assets or allow mass distribution. Unauthorized use may result in royalty fees at PixelHub’s discretion.

License and Use

Purchasing a Digital Asset grants you a license to use, not ownership. PixelHub retains all rights, titles, and interests, including copyrights and intellectual property rights.

This license is perpetual unless revoked due to a breach of terms.
Supplementary materials or support content provided by PixelHub are covered under the same terms.

Note: Some assets may be sourced from verified third-party creators, and their separate license terms may apply.

No Rights to Depicted Content

This license does not grant rights to names, people, brands, buildings, or other elements that may appear in the Digital Assets and may be protected by publicity, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelHub is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

• Losses resulting from reliance on advertising or third-party claims.

• Changes or interruptions in service.

• User account mismanagement, such as incorrect details or failure to maintain security.

Some jurisdictions may not allow all of these exclusions. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
